Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A., Attorneys at Law, was founded and incorporated in 1993 by Elliot J. Sokoloff, Esq. and Seth T. Weinstein, Esq. Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A., Attorneys At Law originated and remains in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, a village in the Western Communities of Palm Beach County. The practice, focused upon Personal Injury law, was established for the purpose of serving the people and businesses of Palm Beach County, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. We handle Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases, Products Liability, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate, Business Law, Real Estate, Professional Collections and Civil Litigation matters limited to probate and personal injury.
Over the years we have strived to provide for the diverse and ongoing needs of our clientele by obtaining extended certifications and licensures (see more on our Certifications ), as well as expanding our offices to our current location in 1996. Since then, Mr. David Cohen, Esq . and Mr. Stanley Buky, Esq .  have affiliated with the firm in "Of Counsel" capacities. Mr Cohen practices primarily in the areas of plaintiff workers compensation and on the job injuries , while Mr. Buky handles primarily litigation of wrongful death , nursing home neglect , medical negligence and general personal injury trial work .   Sarah Phillabaum-Senecal joined the firm in 2001 as our legal assistant and has been serving our clients and their interests ever since.
